Programs and Farm Opportunities
Groups
Each season we work with a variety of groups interested in growing produce sustainably. Group programs are geared to the age and interests of the participants. For some, this may be the first time they make the connection between the food they eat and where it actually comes from. For others it is an opportunity to see soil fertility practices and biological pest control in action. We can accommodate groups of up to 50. Program fees depend on length and depth of program and range from simple farm tours to multi-day hands-on learning. Programs are available from May-September. Advanced reservations are required.
Volunteer

We have ongoing opportunities to volunteer or "work for produce" at the farm. Most farm activity takes place during field prep/planting in early June and during our harvest season which is late July through September. Yes, our season is short, but it is intensive and things happen very fast once the soil temperatures begin to rise.

Workshops
Formal workshops in specific areas of interest are offered periodically each summer. Stay tuned for 2010 offerings.
